I wish voters in every state had the ability to recall Governors, members of Congress, and the President of the United States of America.

I do not think it should be easy to recall an elected official. It should take at least a sixty percent vote to remove an elected official.

If a Governor is removed from office, the state legislature could pick a temporary Governor who could serve till an election could take place which could be three months after the recall election.

Governors could pick temporary members of Congress until an election could take place which could be three months after the recall election. ( I realize I am wrong. Sometimes I write stupid things. I think it is bad to do it without Congressional approval.)

I hope Liberia does not become another Somalia or Lebanon for us.

The movie Black Hawk Down discussed how our troops did not have the weapons they needed in Somalia.

Our Marines were murdered in Lebanon.

Article One, Section Eight says Congress and not the President of the United States of America is supposed to declare war. I think sending advisors and/or other troops into Liberia would be a declaration of war.(This also does not make any sense.)

Congress is supposed "To make Rules for the Government of the land and naval forces."

Congress is supposed "To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations."

I realize the President of the United States of America is the Commander-In-Chief of our military. Putting land troops in foreign countries without congressional approval is something that worries me. I think the President of the United States of America needs to be able to move our naval power and air power without Congressional approval.

You may view the August 4, 2002 Telegraph article about me that includes my picture at Telegraph article

I ran for the United States Senate in 2002 as a Republican. The suggestions I make in this section will decrease the probability that the social security tax will be increased on people who make under $20,000 a year.

The social security tax should not be greater than five percent for individuals.

The social security tax should be placed on all wages a person makes in a year. The social security tax should not be placed on interest from savings accounts, dividends, capital gains, and estates. If a person makes a million dollars in wages in a year and the social security tax is five percent, the person would pay a social security tax that is $50,000.

If an employer pays an employee stock options, the gain from the sale of the stock options should be treated as wages. If an employee receives a profit of nine million dollars by selling stock options for 10 million dollars that the employee paid one million dollars, the employee should pay a social security tax of $450,000.

Businesses should match the social security tax contributions made by their employees on the first $100,000 in wages an employee makes in a year.

Businesses should pay a three percent social security tax on yearly profits above $10,000,000.01.

The social security tax should not be greater than three percent on the first $20,000 in wages a person makes in a year.

Social security benefits should not be taxed.

I hope the earnings test will never again be placed on people who are at least 65 years of age.

I would prefer that an individual who makes more than $100,000.01 in a year not receive money from the Social Security Administration that year before the "normal retirement age" of 65 is increased.

The "normal retirement age" for social security should stay 65. Black men are less likely to make it to 65 years of age than white men.

People should be allowed to invest at least twenty-five percent of their social security tax into mutual funds and stocks.

People will not need to obtain as much money from the Social Security Administration if the Federal Government stops taxing interest from savings accounts, dividends, and capital gains.

Allan Sloan who works for Newsweek wrote a great article in the August 13, 2001 issue with the title "A Simple Social security Solution." The article discusses allowing the Social Security Administration to buy federally backed mortgages which are backed by the Government National Mortgage Association which is also known as Ginnae Mae.

MEDICARE

In 2002, the medicare tax was 1.45 percent.

The medicare tax should be placed on all wages a person makes in a year. The medicare tax should not be placed on interest from savings accounts, dividends, and capital gains.

Businesses should match medicare tax contributions made by their employees on the first $100,000 in wages the employee makes in a year.

The medicare tax should never be greater than five percent for individuals.

The medicare tax could be two percent on the first $50,000 in wages a person makes in a year.

The medicare tax could be three percent on wages made between $50,000.01 and $100,000.

The medicare tax could be five percent on wages made above $100,000.01 a
year.

Businesses should pay a two percent medicare tax on yearly profits above $10,000,000.01.

Prescription drugs should be covered by Medicare. Medicare might want to charge Medicare's participants who make more than $20,000 a year a $5 or $10 co-pay for each prescription.

I would like Medicare to be more like the Federal Employees Health Benefits program which is discussed at http://www.opm.gov/insure/health/index.htm

It is raining today.

I am watching tv today.

I hope Congress will allow people to deduct the cost of health insurance and other health care expenses from their federal taxes.

I have realized that my comments dealing with non voters on my website are not logical. I am glad Spike did not kill the Principal.

I hope people will check out my positions on the issues, compare them with other people who run for elective office, support what you like, and go against what you dislike.

I dropped out of the race for President because I do not think a person should continue running for an elective position if the person no longer has the desire to do the job at this time.

I have decided to drop out of the 2004 Presidential race because I no longer have the desire to be elected President in 2004.

I am glad high school students in several states have asked me for information about my Presidential campaign.

I hope high school students will vote a lot more often in the future.

If teenagers and people in their twenties want their representatives to listen to them, they need to vote a lot more often than they do now. I do not have a problem with Congress increasing our federal debt if tax dollars are spent more wisely.

Congress should be reducing tax rates for all income groups including the wealthiest groups. The tax cuts Congress adopted in the 1980s increased tax revenues significantly and grew our economy significantly. The Federal debt increased significantly in the 1980s because spending increased at a faster rate than tax revenues came in. It greatly displeases me that John Poindexter has been given a high level position in the Pentagon by President Bush's Administration. A Resolution authorizing the usage of force is not acceptable. Increasing the budget of the United States Coast Guard will decrease the probability that terrorists will harm us.

The website of the United States Coast Guard is www.uscg.mil

You may read an article that was written by a fellow of The Brookings Institution in November 1991 at www.brook.edu/views/op-ed/ohanlon/20011119.htm

Why do drugs based on Federal Goverment research cost so much?

The March 29, 2002 Union Leader on page A19 has a commentary by Peter Arno and Michael Davis with the title "Unenforced federal law means Americans pay too much for prescriptions."

The following is an excerpt from the commentary.

"Bayh-Dole is a provision of United States patent law that states that practically any new drug invented wholly or in part with federal funds will be made available to the public at a reasonable price. You may see what I have done so far at Part One of The Federalist Papers

The following excerpt comes from Federalist Number VIII and is on pages 114 and 115 of The Federalist Papers.

"This picture is not too highly wrought; though, I confess, it would not long remain a just one. Safety from external danger is the most powerful director of national conduct. Even the ardent love of liberty will, after a time, give way to its dictates. The violent destruction of life and property incident to war, the continual effort and alarm attendant on a state of continual danger, will compel nations the most attached to liberty to resort for repose and security to institutions which have a tendency to destroy their civil and political rights. To be more safe, they at length become willing to run the risk of being less free."

MY COMMENTS

People often give up their rights for a little bit more safety.

People often do not question the competency and behavior of their leaders when War is taking place.

The media often does not question the competency and behavior of the nation's leaders enough when War is taking place. There are often too many lapdogs in the media when War is taking place. I find it very disturbing when a person who has been incompetent and corrupt is made out to be a competent Saint when War is taking place.

People show that they do not care what happens to them and our country when they are able to vote and they usually do not vote.

Does anyone know how to widen the column that has my links on it? Maybe get yourself elected to city counsel in your town, etc, so you can back up your statements with experience."

My thoughts on the previous comment are the following.

When I was ten years old, a friend of mine was murdered by a drunk driver. If a person thinks there is something the person must do, the person should do it because most people do not know when they are going to die. I am running for President of the United States of America because I believe this is something I must do.

I have discussed more issues in greater detail than most people who run for elective office.

I have discussed the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights more than most people who run for elective office.

I have welcomed negative feedback from The Green Papers

many times.

I have discussed controversial issues in greater detail than most people who run for elective office.

Taking logical positions on issues and discussing them in great detail is more important than experience. Our country has elected many Presidents of the United States of America, many Representatives, and many Senators who have spit on the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Do you think it is more important to elect someone who supports the Bill of Rights and wants Congress to fulfill all of its Article One, War Making Responsibilities or do you think it is better to elect a person who has significant elective office experience who has shown disdain for the Bill of Rights and Article One of the United States Constitution?

I hope Democratic Presidential candidates and their campaigns will check out Local Victory

and the following links I have created

How the Democrats may Beat Bush

Why The Democrats Did Badly in 2002

How Candidates May Want To Answer Questions From Reporters

Campaign Strategy and Other Topics

Political Strategy and Other Topics

I hope they will read my other topic links as well.

I hope they will read books dealing with selling, marketing, guerilla warfare, and guerilla marketing.

I hope they will read The Art of War by Sun Tzu translated by General Samuel B. Page One of my recommended website list is located at Page One of recommended websites

I have been a fan of Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and several other artists since I was a child. I gained my appreciation of art and my artistic abilities from my grandmother who was a phenomenal painter. I also gained my interest in politics and war movies from her.

I have enjoyed many forms of art including the nude art form in paintings since I was a child. I may pose nude for adult art portrait classes in different decades of my life. I might do it even if I become very disfigured in an accident some day. A person can loose his/her good looks in an automobile accident. A person's character and good deeds are more important than a person's looks, race, education, IQ, sex, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, and age. One of my favorite films and my favorite film dealing with character and good deeds is A Man For All Seasons which discusses the life and death of Sir Thomas More who died because he stood up to King Henry VIII. A man For All Seasons stars Paul Scofield, Robert Shaw, and Orson Welles.

I think our country would have lower drop out rates and that many students would do far better in school if we increase funding for art education and music education significantly in our k-12 public schools and k-12 private schools. Creating works of art empower the individual. It can give a natural high. Art and music education can boost a person's creativity and logical thinking ability. Leonardo da Vinci's love of art contributed to his genius in other areas.

Rockport, Massachusetts is one of my favorite places to visit. They were great on Santa Barbara. Let Lane Davies use his sense of humor. He was very funny on Santa Barbara.

2.

Bring back A Martinez and let him be as good as he was on Santa Barbara.

3.

Bring back Stephen Nichols and let him be as good as he was on Days of Our Lives. His story line on General Hospital was often pitiful.

4.

Bring back the old Ned. Have him realize he has screwed up his life and Kristina would not be happy with the new Ned.

5.

Give Mac a front burner story line and a new love interest. It is ridiculous that one of the best actors and nice guys on General Hospital does not have a better story line. Consider having Mac run for Mayor of Port Charles.

How candidates may want to answer questions from reporters.

1.

Do you support partial-privatization of social security?

I do support partial-privatization of social security because I believe people who are at least 18 years of age should be able to take risks and make bad decisions. I would like the social security tax placed on all wages that a person makes in a year and not just the first $87,000 to decrease the probability that the "normal retirement age" will not be 65 years old. In 2002, the social security tax was placed on the first $84,900. Right now, the social security tax is 6.2 percent. I would like the social security to be five percent or less on the first $50,000 in wages a person makes in a year.

2.

Do you support school choice?

I support school choice because I believe competition usually produces better results than the results obtained from a monopoly or an oligopoly. If people truly cared about education, they would want parents to be able to use public funds to send their children to the schools that the parents choose. Smart people want to be able to see the Doctors that they want. Don't our children deserve the benefits of competition?

3.

What do you think we should do about the War on Terrorism?

NATO should be a full partner in the War on Terrorism because NATO is an entangling military alliance. An attack on one country is supposed to be considered as an attack on all the countries in NATO.

Citizens of the United States of America who are called enemy combatants may not be denied their Amendment Six rights which include the ability to have a lawyer and the ability to have a trial. Fighting for an enemy of our country is a criminal offense.

4.

Do you think we should go to War with Iraq?

I think Congress should Declare War against Iraq because it is better to defeat an enemy when it is weak than to go to War with it when it is powerful. People appeased Hitler when he was weak and millions of people died when he was strong. I believe significant numbers of land troops should only be sent to Iraq if Congress Declares War against Iraq. A Congressional authorization for the usage of force is not acceptable. Congress and not the President of the United States of America is supposed to Declare War.

5.

Do you support a prescription drug benefit in Medicare?

I support a prescription drug benefit in Medicare. I believe Medicare should be more like the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.

A prescription drug benefit in Medicare would probably improve the lives and the length of the lives of many senior citizens and might decrease the number of hospital stays taken by senior citizens.

6.

Do you support our current War on Drugs?

I do not support our current War on Drugs. I think people who are at least 18 years old have the right to take illegal drugs and ruin their lives. If a person who is at least 18 years old gets high at home, the government should not care. If a person drives an automobile when the person is high, the government should care because the person is endangering the lives of others. I think it is ridiculous that our country often gives longer prison sentences to non violent drug offenders than it does murderers and rapists.

7.

Do you support Trade Promotion Authority for the President of the United States of America?

I do not support Trade Promotion Authority for the President of the United States of America. According to Article One of the United States Constitution, Congress and not the President of the United States of America is supposed to regulate commerce with foreign nations. If Congress wants the President of the United States of America to negotiate trade treaties, Article Two of the Constitution has to be followed and the Senate must be able to provide its Advice and Consent on Treaties. Trade Promotion Authority denies the Senate its Constitutional responsibility to provide Advice on Treaties.

8.

Do you support luxury taxes?

I do not support luxury taxes. After Congress placed luxury taxes on ships, many people in the shipbuilding industry lost their jobs. When government tries to soak the rich, many middle class people and many poor people loose their jobs because consumption of goods and services decrease.

9.

Do you support the elimination of the capital gains tax?

I support the elimination of the capital gains tax. People will be encouraged to invest if the capital gains tax is eliminated. Millions of Middle Classs Americans who have money invested in mutual funds will benefit from the elimination of the capital gains tax. Rich people are more likely to save more, invest more, and consume more after the capital gains tax is eliminated.

10.

Do you support the elimination of the estate tax?

I support the elimination of the estate tax because I do not believe that the government should benefit financially when a person dies. If the estate tax is eliminated, more families will be able to keep their family farms and their family businesses.

11.

Do you support the elimination of taxes on dividends? I support the elimination of taxation on dividends because this will encourage more people to invest. Millions of Middle Class Americans who have mutual funds will benefit from the elimination of taxation on dividends. Rich people will probably save more, invest more, and consume more after the elimination of taxation on dividends.

12.

Do you support the elimination of taxation on savings accounts?

I support the elimination of taxation on savings accounts. I think people should be encouraged to save and invest. I think it is ridiculous that our government punishes people for saving by taxing interest from savings accounts. The more money that people are able to save and invest during their working years the less dependent they will be on Social Security.

13.

Do you support allowing people and businesses to deduct the full cost of college tuitions, graduate school tuitions, college related expenses, and graduate school related expenses from their federal taxes?

I support allowing students to deduct the full cost of their college tuitions, graduate school tuitions, college related expenses, and graduate school related expenses from their federal taxes.

I support allowing parents to deduct the full cost of their children's college tuitions, graduate school tuitions, college related expenses, and graduate school related expenses from their federal taxes.

I support allowing businesses to deduct the full cost of their employees college tuitions, graduate school tuitions, college related expenses, and graduate school related expenses from their federal taxes.

I support allowing businesses to deduct the full cost of the college tuitions, graduate school tuitions, college related expenses, and graduate school related expenses of the children of employees from their federal taxes.

I support allowing businesses to deduct the full cost of the college tuitions, graduate school tutions, college related expenses, and graduate school related expenses of others from their federal taxes.

I believe that the more people who attend college the stronger our economy will be and the higher per capita income will be.

I believe that the more people who attend graduate school the stronger our economy will be and the higher per capita income will be.

College graduates often pay more in taxes in their life times than non college graduates.

I have worked for part-time for Movie Gallery which is a video store rental chain since 1999. During the Q4 discount card sale, the goal for my store was 900 cards. I sold more than 500 cards.

A great book about selling is The Accidental Salesperson: How To Take Control of Your Sales Career and Earn the Respect and Income You Deserve by Chris Lytle.

I have learned various ways to overcome the first and second no's in many sales situations involving the discount rental cards.

I sold 324 of the $19.99 discount rental cards that are worth $27 and 72 of the $49.99 cards that are worth $75. Each $75 card was worth 3 cards.

I used the following technique to sell the cards.

If a customer's purchase was $7.98, I would say for another $12.01 more, you can buy our $19.99 card, use it today, and have $19.02 left over.

Some great sites dealing with selling are

My Sales Consultant resume

Chris Lytle

Jack Falvey

Joe Girard

Nancy Michaels

Mike Stewart

Lenny Laskowski

Huthwaite

American Management Association

McKinsey Quarterly

My favorite book is Last of the Breed by Louis L'Amour. The ISBN is 0-8144-7063-7. The book costs $17.95. I ordered the book from the American Management Association and received it a few days after I called. The
web page for book

One of the main reasons I am the man that I am today is because of the Operation Enterprise seminar I went to in 1989. I received a scholarship to the 10 day seminar. I learned a lot about leadership and management during the seminar. I went to the Baseball Hall of Fame during the 10 days. I was usually very shy before the program. The program made me a lot more extroverted. Operation Enterprise is conducted by the American Management Association and it is open to high school students and college students.

Harry Mills writes on pages x and xi

"The second reason why most people remain ignorant about how persuasion works is that they refuse to admit they are influenced by politicians, salespeople, and advertisers.

It is remarkable how many people believe they are immune to persuasion. They insist that they don't watch ads, that they never listen to politicians, and that they are resistant to all forms of persuasion.

Given that we are bombarded by as many as 1,600 commercial messages a day - that's 100 every waking hour - the claim to immunity is remarkable.

The fact is, none of us is immune to influence (see page xi). Advertisers, for example, typically flatter those who believe they are too individualistic to fall for a pitch aimed at the mainstream. The simplest trick is to use flattery. The Nike ads or MTV tell the "rebels" they want to win over, "We understand you; your're special. Don't do what everyone else does. Be unique and join us."

There is a moment in Monty Python's The Life of Brian that sums up the approach perfectly. The messiah shouts to the crowd, "Don't follow anyone. Think for yourself. You are all individuals." And the crowd shouts back, in unison, "We are all individuals."

Ironically, because of their naivete, this "rebel" group is often the easiest to persuade - and in the process, they become willing accomplices in their own seduction.

I wrote this book to show that there is nothing inherently mysterious about persuasion. We can all be skilled persuaders if we are prepared to master the techniques and understand what works, what doesn't work, and why

Moreover, I passionately believe that the best defense against manipulation, propaganda, and ultimately tyranny is a fundamental knowledge of how persuasion works. You only have to visit the Auschwitz and Dachau concentration camps to know the human price we pay for naivete, gullibility, and ignorance."

The following except comes from the Preface of The Second Revised Edition of Strategy written by B.H. Liddell Hart and is on pages xx and xxi. The book deals with military strategy and Patton and Rommel where big fans of B.H. Liddell Hart. The ISBN is 0-452-01071-3 and the paperback costs $15.95. The book is worth a lot more than that.

"When in the course of studying a long series of military campaigns, I first came to perceive the superiority of the indirect over the direct approach, I was looking merely for light upon strategy. With deepened reflection, however I began to realize that the indirect approach had a much wider application-that it was a law of life in all spheres: a truth of philosophy. Its fulfillment was seen to be the key to practical achievement in dealing with any problem where the human factor predominates, and a conflict of wills tends to spring from an underlying concern for interests. In all such cases, the direct assault of new ideas provokes a stubborn resistance, thus intensifying the difficulty of producing a change of outlook. Conversion is achieved more easily and rapidly by unsuspected infiltration of a different idea or by an argument that turns the flank of instinctive opposition. The indirect approach is as fundamental to the realm of politics as to the realm of sex. In commerce, the suggestion that there is a bargain to be secured is far more potent than any direct appeal to buy. And in any sphere it is proverbial that the surest way of gaining a superior's acceptance of a new idea is to persuade him that it is his idea! As in war, the aim is to weaken resistance before attempting to overcome it; and the effect is best attained by drawing the other party out of his defences.

The idea of the indirect approach is closely related to all problems of the influence of mind upon mind-the most influential factor in human history. Yet it is hard to reconcile with another lesson: that true conclusions can only be reached, or approached, by pursuing the truth without regard to where it may lead or what its effect may be-on different interests.

History bears witness to the vital part that the 'prophets' have played in human progress-whichis evidence of the ultimate practical value of expressing unreservedly the truth as one sees it. Yet it also becomes clear that the acceptance and spreading of their vision has always depended on another class of men-'leaders' who had to be philosophical strategists, striking a compromise between truth and men's receptivity to it. Their effect has often depended as much on their own limitations in perceiving the truth as on their practical wisdom in proclaiming it.

The prophets must be stoned; that is their lot, and the test of their self-fulfilment. But a leader who is stoned may merely prove that he has failed in his function through a deficiency of wisdom, or through confusing his function with that of a prophet. Time alone can tell whether the effect of such a sacrifice redeems the apparent failure as a leader that does honour to him as a man. At the least, he avoids the more common fault of leaders-that of sacrificing the truth to expediency without ultimate advantage to the cause. For whoever habitually suppresses the truth in the interests of tact will produce a deformity from the womb of his thought.

Is there a practical way of combining progress towards the attainment of truth with progress towards its acceptance? A possible solution of the problem is suggested by reflection on strategic principles-which point to the importance of maintaining an object consistently and, also, of pursuing it in a way adapted to circumstances. Opposition to the truth is inevitable, especially if it takes the form of a new idea, but the degree of resistance can be diminished-by giving thought not only to the aim but the method of approach. Avoid a frontal attack on a long established position; instead, seek to turn it by flank movement, so that a more penetrable side is exposed to the thrust of truth. But, in any such indirect approach, take care not to diverge from the truth-for nothing is more fatal to its real advancement than to lapse into untruth.

The meaning of these reflections may be made clearer by illustration from one's own experience. Looking back on the stages by which various fresh ideas gained acceptance, it can be seen that the process was eased when they could be presented, not as something radically new, but as the revival in modern terms of a time-honoured principle or practice that had been forgotten. This required not deception, but care to trace the connection-since 'there is nothing new under the sun'. A notable example was the way that the opposition to mechanization was diminished by showing that the mobile armoured vehicle-the fast moving tank-was fundamentally the heir of the armoured horseman, and thus the natural means of reviving the decisive role which cavalry had played in past ages."

I discuss The Art of War written by Sun Tzu and translated by General Samuel B. Griffith on my links. The Foreword of the book I own is written by B.H. Liddell Hart. The ISBN of the paperback is 0-19-501476-6. The book costs $9.95 and it is the best book I have ever read dealing with strategy and logical thinking. I have read other translations of The Art of War by Sun Tzu and none was as good as this translation.

The best fried chicken and potatos I have ever had were at the Shakey's which used to be in Nashua, NH. I hope more restaurants will show old television programs on televisions. Watching sports is nice. After trial and error, I learned that sections could not be more than a certain length and that the resumes could not be more than a particular number of pages.

I then learned about Geocities.com and used Page Wizards. If you put too much text on a Geocities.com page, the text gets very messed up. A short time before the September primary, I did some editing work on my site and ended up with a very screwed up index page. Geocities.com was experiencing technical problems and my index page ended up being one word per line.

I learned how to use cut and paste after this and moved the pages to Yahoo! resumes. When you used cut and paste, you did not have to worry about the number of pages that a resume had.

After Yahoo! resumes became Hotjobs resumes, HotJobs told me that they were deleting my political resumes. After a period of time, I learned how to use Geocities.com Page Builder and how to upload text files to my Geocities.com website.

A friend of mine mentioned Blogger.com to me and after searching on the site for a short period of time I learned how to add some text to my right hand column and many links to my right hand column. I think my Blog has all the links that are on the main page of my website.

I hope to have a better website someday that will have my high school transcript, college transcript, pictures of me, pictures I have taken, and drawings I have made.

What is up with Ned on General Hospital? It was also a lot easier to get all the bonus points in the bonus rounds. I rarely play Galaga now. I used to play a lot.

I have played other video games. Selling products involves selling. Selling your abilities in a current job involves selling. Selling your abilities to employers you want to hire you involves selling. Selling yourself to someone you want to date involves selling. You have to believe in yourself, the product you are selling, and the benefits of the products for sale. When you want to sell yourself, you need to believe in yourself and the benefits that you can provide an employer or a date. If you do not believe you have much to offer a date at this time, there is not much point in dating.

Overcoming rejection is important thing to do in selling products.

Trying to overcome rejection in dating situations can lead to harassment charges so my advice is do not try to overcome rejection in dating situations.

You may read one of my sales consultant resumes at Sales resume

Someday, I hope to check out Chicago, Illinois. My Republican Senate competitors in the 2002 New Hampshire Senate primary have both been strong supporters of Trade Promotion Authority for the President of the United States of America. Trade Promotion Authority is not constitutional because of Article Two, Section Two of the United States Constitution which says that Senators have to give "Advice and Consent" on Treaties. Article One, Section Eight of the United States Constitution says Congress is supposed "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations."

Three.

Ask Presidential candidates how they plan on keeping the Social Security fund properly funded while keeping the "normal retirement age" at 65 years old and keep the social security tax at less than seven percent on the first $50,000 in wages a person makes in a year.

Four.

Ask Presidential candidates how they plan on reducing our dependence on foreign oil without more drilling in Alaska.

Five.

Ask Presidential candidates if they think our current War on Drugs in constitutional. I believe the War on Drugs is not constitutional because of Amendments Four, Five, and Eight of the United States Constitution.

Six.

Ask Presidential candidates if they think Japan should spend more money on its defense and if they think Japan should have nuclear weapons. I think Japan should spend more money on its defense and I think Japan should have nuclear weapons.

Seven.

Ask Presidential candidates if they think citizens of the United States of America may be denied lawyers and trials if they are called enemy combatants. I believe that citizens of the United States of America who are called enemy combatants may not be denied lawyers and trials because of Amendment Six of the United States Constitution. I believe that fighting for an enemy of our country is a criminal offense.

Dear Abby has a great column in today's paper about the right of pregnant girls to obtain a quality public school education. I do not think males over 18 years of age should be having sex with females under 18 years of age.

I have not had a girlfriend since I was 12 years old. She dumped me for a soccer player.

I probably could have had girlfriends if I had asked out females out on dates on a regular basis. I have not asked many females out on dates.

I have not seen the point in asking females out on dates because I do not make much money, I do not own a car, and I live with my dad.

I hope there will be non alcoholic single events in Manchester, NH during the day on Saturday afternoons.

The Bar scene does not interest me because I am not interested in having sex with a drunk woman.

I think one of the dumbest things a human being can do is have sex with someone the person just met. Sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy often result from one night stands.

I have worked part-time for a video rental store chain for more than three years. I created a very long recommended movie list because many of my customers have asked me for recommedations for themselves and their children.

I do not recommend that young girls see the Shaggy Dog because a couple of young girls were scared by the movie after I recommended it.

I do not recommend that parents allow their children to see The Bounty with Mel Gibson. The movie has a PG rating. It has more nudity and sex than many of the X rated movies I have seen. It is also one of the most violent movies I have ever seen. I think it is a great movie for adults.

One of my favorite customers now is a customer who called me "brain dead" shortly after he became a new customer when he was having a bad day. If you work in the customer service field, it is important to realize that customers often have bad days.

I have been the top seller of discount rental card in many of the sales my store has had because I am very good at explaining the benefits of the product up for sale after the customer has said no.

The Burger King on Daniel Webster Highway in Manchester, New Hampshire near Kentucky Fried Chicken has been flying a very torn American flag for a while now. Twice within the past week I had to ask servers to bring me my salad after my steak had arrived.

Three.

Make sure salads have more than one piece of tomato.

Four.

If a person asks for a medium well steak, make sure the steak is medium well.

Five.

Consider offering customers the salad dressing that the Hilltop Steak House in Saugus, MA offers. It is my favorite salad dressing.

Some advice for waiters and waitresses

One.

Do not ask "Do you need change?" I have reduced tips because of this stupid comment.

Two.

Keep water glasses and soda glasses filled unless customer asks you not to. In Chinese restaurants ask the customer if the customer wants more tea.

Three.

If you work for a Chinese restaurant and the customer is ordering pork spare ribs on bones and/or beef terriyaki, ask the customer if the customer would like the type of flame that comes with a Pu Pu platter.

Four.

If the person orders a salad, ask the person if the person would like the salad dressing on the side.

Five.

Bring out the check fast if the person does not want a desert.

Six.

Smile some of the time. I have given decent tips to waiters and waitresses when the food has tasted mediocre because of an authentic smile.

I gave a six dollar tip to a waitress on a $12 meal because she did a great job. I have given $5 tips on $15 meals when the waiter or waitress has done a very, very good job. I have given less than a 15 percent tip when the waiter or waitress has screwed up when the food has been great.

I have watched a lot of television.

I have watched many movies.

I have read many books.

I prepare and cook many of the meals I eat.

I enjoy walking.
